Frank does not like to brag, so I'll try doing it for him.

The first thing people think of, when they meet Frank, is Santa.  He IS that nice.  He was one of the first divers in Western Massachusetts.  I first met him a long time ago, and have always treasured his opinions and friendship.  Many people were able to become SCUBA divers through his help.  On vacations, he is the one who brings along backup gear and tools so no one else will  have unpleasant glitches.  He has been a repair technician for more brands than I can easily think of, and for more years than I can count.  I have trusted my gear to him almost as long as I have known him.
